Meta Watch is a design and technology development company that is focused on reinventing the watch as a stylish, and relevant mobile companion. Integrating trend-right fashion design with state-of-the-art technology, Meta Watch makes it easy to create useful, new wearable applications, allowing you to stay connected and stay in style when you are truly mobile and on the go.

The company's founders, Bill Geiser and David Rosales, formerly led the Watch Technology Division for Fossil and have been developing connected watches since 2002.

It was no accident that timepieces jumped out of our pockets on to our wrists nearly 100 years ago. As we became more dependent on this device to synchronize ourselves, we began reaching into our pocket more and more often and quickly realized that glancing at our wrist was simpler and far more convenient.

History is repeating itself.  We’ve returned to reaching into our pocket more and more often to pull out the device we depend on to synchronize ourselves.  What’s changed is the device; we now are pulling out a smart, mobile device. But the need for simplicity and convenience hasn’t changed.

 
GLANCE IS THE NEW TOUCH

Important notifications are often missed because of where we carry phones. This has become a big problem for both consumers and developers alike. Smart phone users receive upwards of 100 mobile notifications daily & the problem continues to grow. This is a time consuming for consumers & it significantly impacts app developers who rely on notifications to heighten user engagement and drive app usage.
